Robert Quinn(Baritone Saxophone) holds a Bachelor of Music in Bassoon Performance from Montclair State University. Not just a performing saxophonist, this Harrington Park, NJ native is also a skilled bassoonist, currently sitting Principal Chair for the Westchester Symphonic Winds as well as Principal Bassoonist of the Ridgewood Symphony Orchestra and the Adelphi Chamber Orchestra. Having studied primarily under the direction of Jane Taylor, his chamber music coaches have also included renowned New York City musicians, David Witten, Barry Centanni and Susan Palma-Nidel. Since introducing himself to the saxophone in 1990, Mr. Quinn's teachers and mentors have primarily included Curt Ebersole, Lou Caimano, Alan Namery and David Bixler. He is a private teacher of saxophone, clarinet and bassoon and free-lances on these instruments in the New Jersey and New York areas. Mr. Quinn co-founded the Garden State Saxophone Quartet with Miguel Bolivar. He currently is a Sales Representative for Northern Eagle Beverage Company. He is also an avid New York Yankees and New York Giants fan!
